Rates & Reservations

The rate includes linens, standard kitchen utensils, electricity,gas, water, air conditioning, satellite TV, local telephone calls, wireless internet access, weekly cleaning, and all taxes. Guests staying five nights or less are charged a per room cleaning fee.

The rates given on the website and online reservations systems are for either 2 or 4 people depending on the apartment. Extra guests up to the maximum occupancy limit will be charged at 15 per night per person, including children. We cannot accept more people than the maximum occupancy with the exception of children under two years old who will sleep in a crib or with an adult. Discounts may not be combined.
